For some of our customers with lots of departments and sensitive data, it could be helpful to build in a way to wipe reference data from works which are department shared and subsequently copied. As we know, when a form is department shared, the original department still owns and manages that reference data. However, once you make a copy of that form within the new department, all attached reference data will appear within the new department. This gives the new department the illusion that they are still connected to live reference data that is still managed by another department and also allows them to download and view that data as well. Could be helpful in this case to lock said reference data or maybe even wipe it from the form after it is copied.
