It would be extremely useful if you could dispatch information through a web form. At this current time, you can only share a generic link for the form which has to be filled out as blank by the external user. It would be great if you could pre-fill a web form through dispatch which creates a unique link for that customer.
For example: Estimate process where the internal company writes up an estimate/creates dispatch and a unique link is generated and shared to the customer who can accept (sign off) or deny the estimate.

Would also be useful for gathering information/requests and building a backend workflow to action the submission internally.
