Thanks so much for your feedback! If you are referencing exported data, you can adjust the formatting within Excel. Otherwise, I can see why you may prefer the use of dashes instead of slashes within the platform. I will leave this request available for others to upvote so that our development team can consider your request for future mapping!

When integrating with databases, often the only recognized format is the ISO format (YYYY-MM-DD). I waste boat loads of tasks in Zapier each month just converting the silly dates with slashes to dates with dashes.
