You can now operate your day-to-day operations all in one place within the GoCanvas portal using Work Hub. Located in the Work Hub tab of your left navigation, Admins, Designers, and Dispatchers can manage all field work from one central location.
Each page in Work Hub is designed to centralize your day-to-day operations and stay on top of your business.
The In Progress tab allows you to manage all in-progress assigned field work in a table view. Information like the name of the form, submission name, employee name, and the status of the active dispatches, workflows, or assignments are listed on this page.
The Upcoming tab allows you to see, schedule, and adjust all upcoming work in a calendar or list view. Update to view the calendar in a Day, Week, Month, or Team view and filter by forms, status, or who the dispatches are assigned to. Add, edit, and manage dispatches all from within the Upcoming tab in Work Hub.
Note: The Upcoming tab is available to Professional plan users.
The Submitted tab allows you to view, search, download, and oversee all work submissions in one place. Within this tab you can: search submissions across all forms, delete submissions, view or download the Standard or Designer PDF, and see the integration status of a submission if the form uses our Integrations Options. Additionally, like in the Submissions tab, you can also send PDFs of a submission to additional email addresses from within Work Hub.
Create Dispatch Button
The Create Dispatch button is conveniently located on each page so you can quickly create and export dispatches from anywhere in the Work tab.
Create New will take you to the traditional Dispatch screen where you can create an immediate or scheduled dispatch. Upload Dispatches take you to an improved Bulk Dispatch experience. Download a sample file and upload your CSV quickly and conveniently on this page.
The Export button is located next to the Create Dispatch button on every page of Work Hub.
This page allows you to export your workflows and dispatches for all forms or a specific form during any date range. Completed submissions can also be included in the export by checking the box Include Submission Data.
