What is the Success Center?

The GoCanvas Success Center is a central hub of learning and enablement resources designed to help you get more value from the GoCanvas platform. It is where you can connect with your dedicated account manager, submit support requests, access key GoCanvas resources, stay informed about updates, and engage directly with the GoCanvas team.

The Success Center includes:

  • A way to contact your dedicated Account Representative.
  • Quick links to submit a support ticket, open the Help Center, and visit the Community site.
  • A News and Updates tab to keep you informed about product changes and new resources.
  • A way to contact the Marketing team to share ideas or collaboration opportunities.
  • A link to GoCanvas form templates to help you get started faster.
  • Access to the GoCanvas webinar series for live training.​
  • Access to our on-demand training videos.
  • Links to helpful best-practice and how-to articles.​
  • A way to leave a review of GoCanvas and share your experience.

 

How can I access the Success Center?

If the Success Center is enabled on your account, you can access it directly from the GoCanvas web portal. Simply look for the small rocket icon at the top of your screen on the website once you’ve logged in, and click it to open the Success Center experience.

Note

The Success Center is enabled on all accounts by default, if you do not see the rocket ship at the top of your screen please contact Support.
