GoCanvas has upgraded our billing system to allow for easier, less complicated billing cycles. Instead of keeping track of different renewal dates for each of your users, every user on your account will renew on the same day every year, depending on your payment schedule.
You’ll notice some other changes with the new system, including:
Some changes to the Account section of our website. Users is now 'Users & Seats' and Billing Info is simply 'Billing':
From the Users & Seats page, you can manage your active users and user groups. You can also purchase additional seats to provide open spots for new users. Each user on your GoCanvas account requires their own seat.
We have updated our checkout page for a smoother, more intuitive experience:
GoCanvas is required by law to collect sales tax in certain states based upon local and state regulations. Depending on where your company is located (as reported during the checkout process), you may see sales tax added to your billing statement or invoice.
