As of January 22, GoCanvas has begun replacing PayPal as our payment capture partner with Square. By the end of February, users will no longer be able to use PayPal to capture payment information. If you are currently collecting payment via GoCanvas and PayPal, here is what you'll need to do to switch to Square.
- Sign up for a Square account.
- On your Forms page, click on the name of the form you are using to capture payment.
- Click Payment Options:
- Follow the prompts to connect to Square.
- Enter the PDF Designer for your form.
- Remove the existing payment field from the PDF.
- Add the payment field back to your PDF design.
- Save.
Note: No changes are required within the Form Builder or if you are using the Standard PDF.
