The Form Builder is the core of the GoCanvas experience; it's where you'll design the forms that your users will complete in the field. Once you've logged in, use the menu on the left side of your screen to navigate to your Forms page to get going.
Note: this article focuses on the Advanced Form Builder but we have another builder experience called the Builder BETA that is a faster, more intuitive form building experience that we welcome you to try!

Reference Data
Reference Data is a powerful tool that allows you to populate fields using a Google Sheet, CSV, or database, like Procore.
While that may sound simple, in practice it allows us to do things like auto-fill multiple fields based on a single entry; narrow down a list of items or tasks; tie data together, like an item name and its price; and more.
It can eliminate a lot of manual entry, both on the backend when you’re building and maintaining forms, and for your users in the field. Learn more.
Dispatch
Assign jobs to team members out in the field by sending pre-filled GoCanvas forms to them on their mobile devices. From Work Hub, you can create Dispatches one-by-one, through the Dispatch Calendar, or by uploading a CSV. Learn more.
Workflow
Workflow is for processes where multiple people have to work on the same submission. It gives you the ability to pass a Submission from one user to the next until it is completed. This is especially useful for any approval process (like time cards or inspections) or work that requires input from more than one user. You'll create Workflow handoffs from the Form Settings page after you've built your form. Learn more.
