NOTE: Are you trying to get added to your company's existing GoCanvas account? You'll need to contact your Administrator instead of signing up for a free trial.
The first thing you'll need to do is create your account and log into GoCanvas on both your mobile device and on the web, using the same login credentials for both.
Sign Up for a Free Trial
1. Create your account by signing up for a free trial.
2. Enter your information in the fields.
3. Complete Getting Started checklist.
Download and Install GoCanvas on Mobile
There are a couple of ways to download GoCanvas on your mobile device:
- Visit our download page from your mobile device.
- For the Apple version, download here.
- For the Android version, download here.
You can also search for GoCanvas in either the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. A Windows desktop client is also available to download if you prefer to submit your forms from your Windows PC.
Login on Mobile
Once you've downloaded the application on your device, you can get started!
When you open the application you'll be asked to login. Your username will be the email address you used to register on the signup page and the password you set during that process.
Note: If someone else created an account for you, you may need to reset your password in order to set one of your choosing.
When you log in, your device will automatically sync. Then you'll see a few demo forms that you should feel free to explore. They'll give you a good idea of the types of things that are possible in GoCanvas and how your forms will look and feel.
Login on the Web
When you're ready to start building and designing your own custom forms, you'll want to visit GoCanvas.com from your desktop computer (either Mac or PC will do) and click on Log In in the upper right corner of the page.
Follow along with the prompts to get oriented to GoCanvas. You might also want to check out the GoCanvas glossary, which will help you learn the terms we use in GoCanvas.

It will not let me download to mobile device nor my desktop at home. How am I to submit the data you need if I cannot download the app.
