Congrats! You've completed your first form. Now it's time for final touches and sharing it with the world.
Publishing your Form
In the top right of the Form Builder, you'll see three buttons: Save (which you should do often!), Publish to device, and Close. Publish to device is what you'll want to select when you think your form is ready for prime time — or at least ready to be tested on your mobile device. Assigning your Form
Even if you're the only one on your account right now, you'll still need to make sure the form is assigned to you; otherwise, you won't be able to see it on your device. Every time you publish a form, you'll be asked to assign it to people, so just make sure you have yourself (and whoever else needs the form) selected. Learn more about assigning forms.
One thing you definitely don't want to miss when publishing your first form is making sure that your beautiful PDF is getting to the right people. You'll set that up in your Email Options, which is a setting on the Form Settings page. That's also where you can decide who has the ability to send the PDF (and to whom) as well as determine if anyone should ALWAYS receive the email. Learn more about Email Options.
