- Go to the Account > Users page.
- In the Filtered By dropdown, make sure Inactive is selected and Apply:
- Find the account that you would like to re-enable and click on the Enable icon at the end of the row (it looks like a person with a + over the bottom right corner):

We have tried to add a user under : fred.boileau@weinig.com and now it won't let us activate it saying email already exist ?? can you reset this email so I can add him in our user..
