How to Reactivate a User

1. From the left navigation, expand the Account drop down and select Users.

2. In the Filtered By drop down, deselect Active and select and Apply.

3. Find the user that you would like to re-enable and select the icon that looks like a person with an '+' under the Action column.

  • We have tried to add a user under : and now it won't let us activate it saying email already exist ?? can you reset this email so I can add him in our user..
