How to format a Number Field as Currency in the Builder BETA

If you need a number to read as a currency, the field will need to be formatted in the style of Currency. This style will ensure that the proper currency symbols appear on the output PDF report as well.

Number Field in the Style of Currency

In the Builder BETA, either drag in a new number field from the Field Library or locate an existing number field in your form.

Next, select the Settings Gear associated with the number field to open the Field Settings modal. Once in the Field Settings modal, select the radio button by Currency under Style.

Note: The type of currency that displays will depend on your device and where you're located. For example, if my region is set to France on my iOS device, the currency field will show the euro sign.
