When your mobile users upload a Submission in GoCanvas, a PDF file is created so that the data can be shared with your customers or team as needed. This file can be attached to a GoCanvas generated email or you can send the recipient a link to the document that can then be opened in a web browser.
- Go to your Apps page and click on the name of your App.
- Scroll to the Options heading and select Email Options. You can learn more about auto email options here.
- Scroll to the PDF Delivery Options section. Select "include unique web link to the PDF" to send your recipients a link to the document. Select "attach PDF directly to the email" to include the file in the generated email.
- Save your changes.
