How to Change your PDF Delivery Options

When your mobile users upload a Submission in GoCanvas, a PDF file is created so that the data can be shared with your customers or team as needed. This file can be attached to a GoCanvas generated email or you can send the recipient a link to the document that can then be opened in a web browser.

Please note: the size limit for emailing a PDF Submission is 25 MB.

1. Navigate to your Forms page.
2. Click the name of your form. 
3. Under Settings, find Email Options and click the Settings button. 
   
   
   
   
4. Scroll to the PDF Delivery Options section. Select "include unique web link to the PDF" to send your recipients a link to the document. Select "attach PDF directly to the email" to include the file in the generated email.
   
   
   
   
5. Save your changes.
