How to Change the PDF Delivery Options

When your mobile users upload a submission in GoCanvas, a PDF file is created so that the data can be shared with your customers or team as needed. This file can be attached to a GoCanvas generated email or you can send the recipient a link to the document that can then be opened in a web browser.

PDF Delivery Options

1. Open Form Settings by selecting the hyperlink of the form name or selecting the gear icon associated with the form.

2. Under Settings, select the Settings button for Email Options.

3. Scroll to the PDF Delivery Options where the default is link and the alternative option is to attach a file of the PDF to the email.

Please Note

The size limit for emailing a PDF Submission is 25 MB.

4. Save to implement changes.
