Can I attach documents to the email of my submission?

GoCanvas offers an Additional Email Attachment under the form setting Email Options. This allows you to attach a static document to each submission. This could be a monthly newsletter, marketing brochure, coupons, details about the inspection you provided, and more. It's a great opportunity to promote your business or provide additional information to your customers about the services your business is providing.

Additional Email Attachment

1. Navigate to the Forms page from the left navigation.

2. Select the hyperlinked name of your form or the settings gear associated with the form. 

3. Under Settings, select the Settings button associated with Email Options

4. Scroll to the Additional Email Attachment. Select Choose File to open the file browser and select your attachment.

Note: The combined size of your additional attachment and submission PDF should not exceed 15 MB to prevent email delivery issues.

5. Select Save to implement changes on the next submission.
