GoCanvas offers an "Additional Email Attachment" under the "Email Options" for each App. This allows you to attach a static document to each Submission. This could be a monthly newsletter, marketing brochure, coupons, details about the inspection you provided, and more. It's a great opportunity for you to promote your business or provide additional information to your customers about the services you are providing.
Follow these easy steps to add your additional email attachment:
- Go to your Apps page and click on the name of your App.
- On the next screen, scroll to the "Options" section and click Email Options.
- Scroll to the "Additional Email Attachment" section. Click Choose File to open the file browser.
- Select your attachment.
Note: The combined size of your additional attachment and submission PDF should not exceed 15MB to prevent email delivery issues.
- Click Save.
That's it! Now your emails will send out with an additional attachment.
