GoCanvas offers an "Additional Email Attachment" under the "Email Options" for each form. This allows you to attach a static document to each Submission. This could be a monthly newsletter, marketing brochure, coupons, details about the inspection you provided, and more. It's a great opportunity for you to promote your business or provide additional information to your customers about the services you are providing.
Follow these easy steps to add your additional email attachment:
- Navigate to your Forms page.
- Click the name of your form.
- Under Settings, find Email Options and click the Settings button.
- Scroll to the "Additional Email Attachment" section. Click Choose File to open the file browser.
- Select your attachment.
Note: The combined size of your additional attachment and submission PDF should not exceed 15MB to prevent email delivery issues.
- Click Save.
That's it! Now your emails will send out with an additional attachment.
