If you need to cancel your GoCanvas account, there are different steps you will need to take depending on your account type and number of users.
If you are still on a free trial:
Let your free trial of GoCanvas expire; this is equivalent to canceling your account.
If you are currently paying for GoCanvas:
Please submit a ticket, and our Support team will assist with the cancellation process.
You will still be responsible for any balance accrued prior to canceling your account. You can view your account balance on the Account > Users page above the list of users under the Balance & Billing Cycle. Learn about how we bill in our Frequently Asked Billing Questions.
If you navigate to Account>Billing, and click Cancel Subscription, you will also be prompted to submit a ticket.
