Download or Email your GoCanvas Invoice as a PDF

Admins can download a copy of the accounts GoCanvas invoice from the Billing tab under Account in the left navigation.

You can also email a PDF of your invoice directly from the GoCanvas website. This means you do not have to download it, save it, and then attach it to an email.

From the left navigation, expand the Account drop down and select Billing.

If you are using Departments, remember to switch to All in the drop down under your username in the top right corner of the left navigation in order to access the Billing tab.

In the Invoice History area in the Actions column, you can select the PDF icon to download the PDF. If you select the envelope icon, you will then be allowed to enter an email address. That person will receive an email with the PDF attached to it. That email will indicate who sent it, too. It will include the contact information associated with the admin account that you're logged in with.

Enter an email address and push Send to Recipient.

Here is the email that your recipient will receive. Your name, company name, and email address will appear in the signature at the bottom of the email.
