Once you've entered data into your form, it's time to submit it. It is then sent and stored on GoCanvas servers and can be accessed by logging into the GoCanvas website.
View, print, download or export your Submissions
Under Home click the Submissions tab. From here you will see:
- A list of the forms with Submissions
- The number of Submissions
- The date and time of the last Submission
On the Submissions screen, you can export your submitted data as a Comma Separated Values (CSV) file which can be opened with Excel by clicking Export. From there you can choose the version and time period of the Submissions that you want the data from.
Clicking on the form name will list the individual Submissions for that form. This list will display the following information about each individual Submission:
- Submission Date and Time
- Submission ID
- Form Name
This list will also give you the ability to view it online, download it as a PDF, or email the PDF to another person.
