GoCanvas allows users to download their Submissions as a PDF. This is a great way to convert data submitted from any mobile device into a usable format.
Downloading a Submission as a PDF
To download a Submission as a PDF, follow these steps:
- Under Home, click Submissions.
- Select the form you wish to download Submissions from.
- Next to the list of Submissions for the selected form, click the PDF icon.
Data submitted to GoCanvas is accessible in many other formats as well.

But can I download all PDFs all at once?
There is currently no direct way to bulk export multiple Submission PDFs, however this is a highly requested feature from other users in our Community.

this lack of option is one of the MAIN REASONS we are leaving GoCanvas. Good Listening to your customers!
This is one of the features that had me leaving go Canvas. We have stopped using GoCanvas for over a month as they lack customer support.
