How to Include Field Values in Submission Emails from the Advanced Form Builder

Field values, data collected in your submissions, can be included in the email subject and/or email body automatically generated after a submission is complete. This helps organizations to categorize and find emails in the future.  

Place Value In

1. Select the field that you wish to include in the email to open Field Settings in the left panel.

2. Expand the More menu and scroll to Place value in... and check Email Subject and/or Email Body.

3. Save and Publish to see the new email subject and/or email body in action.

Note: If more than one field is marked with the above attributes, the data will be appended together up to a reasonable limit.
