How to format a Number Field as Currency in the Advanced Form Builder

If you need a number to read as a currency, the field will need to be formatted in the style of Currency. This style will ensure that the proper currency symbols appear on the output PDF report as well.

Number Field in the Style of Currency

In the Advanced Form Builder, either drag in a new number field from the Field Library or locate an existing number field in your form.

Next, select the number field to open the Field Settings menu on the left side of the screen. Once in the Field Settings menu, click on the Style drop-down and select Currency.

Note: The type of currency that displays will depend on your device and where you're located. For example, if my region is set to France on my iOS device, the currency field will show the euro sign.
